Cutting For Approval
When placing an order for fabric or wall covering, it is the right of the client to request a cutting for approval (when available). The cutting will come from the same dye lot as the goods ordered by the client. Upon receipt of the cutting, the client is responsible for notifying the BRADLEY sales department to let them know that the cutting is approved. Upon approval, the order will be released and shipped.
If the client waives their right to a cutting for approval, BRADLEY cannot be held responsible for any variation in the color or texture of the fabric. Natural variations will occur from dye lot to dye lot and it is the responsibility of the client to recognize this. It also the responsibility of the client to recognize that fabric color may read differently on a computer screen versus a physical sample. In waiving a cutting for approval, the client recognizes the risk they are taking in ordering without a cutting first.
